Being Committed, Being Responsible are two side of a coin

Commitment and responsibility are assets and one needs to be responsible for fulfillment of commitment but it is not necessary that even if you show responsibility towards something, you are equally committed to fulfill it.

So, when both responsibility and commitment stand equally important, one can fulfill goal.
