Trying to sleep less
Sleep itself is a matter of concern for many of us.
Some are not being able to sleep because of their stress and anxiety, where as some wants to sleep less and utilize most of their time to work for their goals.
Copying someone else might end you up in wasting your time and energy as most of the time you think ways to fit yourself in someone else’s shoes.
It is best to work on self correction as it uses your time and efforts only for improving your character and finally carve out best of your personality.
If you choose to be rigid and egoistic person, you are definitely making a grave mistake, as both of there characteristics of your nature can take away your peace of mind.
While your rigidness towards everything can disrupt your growth, whereas your egoistic attitude take away your loved ones far from you.
We are born with definite appearance and we can’t really change it but we can change outlook towards life.
Our looks don’t define our personality as they are passed on to us from ancestors but our outlook towards life, its highs and lows and at the time of distress defines our character at best.
Length of life is not measured in days we live but it depends on how happily and meaningfully we lived it.
A life seems long and burdensome if we don’t have involvement in it while it seems short, if we get deeply involved and live with a purpose.
The real worth of life can be found when we understand this difference between burden and involvement.
